FAQ

Find answers to common questions about system selection, customization, water analysis, production, installation, shipping and after-sales support.

The right RO system depends on your feed-water quality, required product-water quality, daily water demand and application. Please provide a recent water analysis report whenever possible, including TDS, hardness, iron, manganese, turbidity and other relevant parameters. Aquaclarion will use this information to recommend a suitable pretreatment process, RO configuration and system capacity.

To prepare an appropriate system design and quotation, we normally need the following information:

  • Feed-water source: tap water, borehole water, brackish water or seawater and so on…
  • Available water-analysis report
  • Required product-water capacity per hour or per day
  • Intended application
  • Required product-water quality
  • Local power supply and voltage
  • Installation country and destination port
  • Any requirements for materials, automation or filling equipment

The more complete the project information is, the more accurately we can select components and estimate the total cost.

Yes. Aquaclarion provides customized industrial and commercial water-treatment solutions based on the customer’s water source, capacity, application and installation conditions. Available options may include pretreatment filters, water softeners, dosing systems, single- or double-pass RO, EDI polishing, stainless-steel or FRP components, automatic control and filling equipment.
The final treatment process and component selection will be confirmed after reviewing the project requirements.

System capacity should be based on peak water consumption, daily operating hours, storage-tank capacity and expected future demand. For example, a project requiring 20 m³ of purified water per day does not always require a 20 m³/h system; the correct hourly capacity depends on how many hours the equipment will operate and how quickly the storage tank must be replenished.
Aquaclarion can help calculate the appropriate capacity after receiving your daily water demand and operating schedule.

Yes. Aquaclarion follows established production and equipment testing procedures. Each finished system undergoes inspection and testing before packaging and shipping. Testing may include piping and connection checks, electrical control checks, pump operation, and basic system functionality verification.

We can provide relevant photos or videos based on project and order requirements.

Yes. Aquaclarion provides installation manuals, operating instructions and video guidance for its water-treatment equipment. Remote technical support is available to assist customers with installation, commissioning, operation and basic troubleshooting.
For complex or large-scale projects, any requirement for on-site installation or commissioning should be discussed and confirmed before placing the order.

Our standard production lead time is usually 7-15 days. For large-scale or custom-made equipment, the lead time will need to be discussed after inspection.

Yes. Aquaclarion has experience supplying water-treatment equipment to customers in more than 78 countries. Depending on the destination and project requirements, shipping options may include EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP where available.
Before shipment, the equipment is prepared for international transportation, and the customer receives the relevant shipping and technical documents. After delivery, Aquaclarion can provide remote installation guidance, operating support and assistance with replacement parts.
