BUILT AROUND YOUR WATER
Not Just a Standard 0.5-1 TPH RO Machine
The same 0.5-1 T/H output can require very different pretreatment and membrane design depending on whether the source is tap water, borehole water, groundwater or brackish water.
Feed Water First
We review TDS, hardness, iron, manganese, silica and other key indicators before final system selection.
Application-Based Design
System configuration is matched to your use case such as drinking water, food processing, water stations or general industrial production.
Expandable Configuration
Pretreatment, UV, ozone, dosing, softening and polishing stages can be added when required by the water quality or final standard.
Core Components of an RO System
Pump brands, piping materials and RO membrane options can be selected according to project budget, water quality, hygiene requirements and local service preferences.

Water Pump
Choose the pump brand according to project budget, duty point, local service requirements and customer preference.

Pipe Material
Select piping based on hygiene level, corrosion resistance, project budget and application requirements.

RO Membrane
Choose the membrane size and brand according to feed-water quality, target permeate quality and operating requirements.

APPLICATIONS
A 0.5-1 T/h RO system is a practical capacity for many small-to-medium commercial water projects. Daily output depends on operating hours and site conditions.
- Small bottled or bagged water production lines
- Restaurants, hotels, schools and water stations
- Food and beverage process water
- Borehole or groundwater purification projects
- General industrial rinse or process water
Where 500-1000 LPH Capacity Fits
DESIGN EXAMPLE
From Water Analysis to System Configuration
Instead of selling one fixed machine to every customer, Aquaclarion first reviews the water source and target water quality, then selects the pretreatment and RO configuration.
WHY AQUACLARION
Designed for Real Project Conditions
- 10+ years of industrial water treatment experience
- Solutions supplied to customers in 78+ countries
- Water-analysis-based equipment selection
- Factory testing before packing and shipment
- Installation manuals, videos and remote technical support
What we need before quotation
Send your feed water source, water analysis report if available, required capacity, application and target water quality. This allows us to recommend a more accurate system instead of guessing from TDS alone.
How much water can a 0.5-1 TPH RO system produce per day?
Actual daily output depends on operating time, feed water conditions, maintenance status and system design. Based on a rate of 500–1,000 L/h, 10 hours of operation will yield approximately 10 metric tonnes of treated water.
Can this system treat borehole water?
Yes, but borehole water should be evaluated first. Iron, manganese, hardness, silica, TDS and microbiological conditions may change the required pretreatment.
What recovery rate should I expect?
With regard to recovery rates, the industry standard for a single reverse osmosis membrane is 15 % However, the actual recovery rate depends on water quality and membrane design.
Can the system be customized?
Yes. Pretreatment, control mode, structural materials, pumps, valves, dosing, UV, ozone, storage and post-treatment can be customized for the project.
What information is required for a quotation?
Feed water source, water analysis if available, target capacity, application, operating hours and required product water quality are the most useful starting points.
